We are Metro Service

Metro Service is managing the operation and maintenance of the Copenhagen Metro and the operation of the Light Rail around Copenhagen.

Our main responsibility is carried out by more than 700 dedicated employees in Denmark, who each make an extraordinary effort to ensure that the passengers arrive safely and on time – every day.

We have been responsible for managing the driverless Metro for more than 20 years. Including more than 30,000 departures and 300,000 passengers – every single day.

We operate the Light Rail around Copenhagen from the control and maintenance centre in Glostrup. As a unified Metro Service, we have a strong and experienced operating organisation behind us when operating the Light Rail.
