On properties that are adjacent to the Light Rail System on Ring 3, safety easements have been registered.

The easements contain a number of provisions regarding loading, excavation, vibrations, electrical conditions and terrain regulation, etc. The purpose of the easements is to ensure that nothing is done on the properties in the future that could damage the Light Rail system, and thus impair the safety of the system and passengers.

Within the inspected zone, it must be assessed whether construction projects have an impact on the Light Rail System.
